What happens at 25 hours?
Builder blocks new processing with a clear billing error. Pay as you go continues automatically and charges only the uncovered audio.
How is a request crossing the boundary billed?
Only the portion beyond the pooled allowance is paid. If a live session crosses the boundary, its uncovered tail is billed at the live rate.
What counts as a batch hour?
Audio processed through synchronous transcription or queued async jobs.
What counts as a live hour?
Audio sent during a realtime session, measured to the second. Live speaker labels are included.
